More InformationTV presenter Jenke von Wilmsdorff is known for his exciting, very well-researched experiments and documentaries, in which he takes on the role of the person concerned and provides radical information from this perspective. He had an unusual idea for one of his projects: he wanted to make his face look many years younger in just 100 days. The special feature of his project was not only the short time frame, but also the implementation. One half of the face was rejuvenated using plastic surgery procedures, while the other was treated with modern beauty cosmetics.
Dr. Berkei performed numerous procedures on Jenke with the camera hovering above the operating table. She herself describes the project as one of her biggest challenges. Jenke was not only administered hyaluronic acid and polylactic acid, but also underwent eyelid and neck surgery.
The aim of the project was to find out whether state-of-the-art beauty cosmetic treatments can stand up to plastic surgery procedures. In addition, the other half of Jenke’s face was only adjusted after 2 months. After countless interventions and a result that impresses in different ways, Jenke draws his conclusion.
